I you ever have time to make a real layer cake. You can melt some sugar into it and a squeeze of lemon juice and make it into a sugar syrup for brushing/moistening the genoise cake layers before filling and frosting.

The tea idea was a great one. You could also cook it down and if you are making a yellow or white cake, as soon as you pull it out of the oven (in a sheetcake pan), poke holes in the cake and pour the peach concentrate over the cake to make it super moist.

You could also cook chicken in it to add a little flavor to the chicken.

    Hope that helps.

Add in a herbal tea bag and make a peach/whatever tea. Chill and have this as iced tea or serve hot.

Peach & chamomile tea would be a good combo.

Put in ice cube trays and freeze! These will make a flavorful addition to your next cold drink.

Use it to make bread. or add powdered milk to it to make a sweet milk. Use the sweet milk to make custard!
