    1 .用一個大鍋子裡面裝塩水來煮,放入馬鈴薯,紅蘿蔔煮到柔軟但是外觀結實,大約30分鐘,沖水冷卻去皮及切丁。2. 將蛋放入平底深鍋讓冷水超過蛋的高度,用水煮。掀開蓋子讓蒸氣散去,繼續讓蛋在熱水中煮10-12分鐘。倒掉熱水;冷卻,去皮切丁。3. 將馬鈴薯,蛋,小黃瓜及紅蘿蔔放在一起。4. 與美乃滋,塩及胡椒一起攪拌,加入馬鈴薯混合的材料(馬鈴薯,蛋,小黃瓜及紅蘿蔔)搞拌均勻,冷藏後食用。
