According to your selection will suggest to go for HP (for my own view)
The final model will 4520s cause it's commercial 商業 model and more reliable (material it use). The outlook and the hardware layout (keyboard) look nice.
CQ model is good but its low end for home use.
different between 64bit & 32bit most of the application still build under 32bit so better to go for 32 bit + Win 7 professional you will be good.
HP 4520s I3-330M(2.14G) is around 7000-7300
