    When drivers violated the traffic laws of certain jurisdiction, they are subject to citations that lead to monetary fines. But when loss of life or bodily injury had occured, then the faulty party is subjected to legal prosecution.The most common occurences are "DUI"s,(Driving Under the Influence), The violators are punished severely due to the fact that numerous people died from this cause. Mandatory detoxication and suspension of driving privilege for certain length of time depending on the severity of offense. There's not a standard of the punishment being harsh or linient since every incident is different from the other.

    Such a question discussing some aggressive drivers

    . whom have been doing something wrong against thetraffic

    . is certainly pretty good.

    For people in the society, they shouldn't be unconcerned to obey

    . any laws, specially the most important law like the one.

    I have no idea what traffic- law is in Canada.

    . but it seems to know a little in Taiwan.

    I think the fact about traffic-penalty as follows;

    . one is training more education under the law,

    . and another perhapes need to accept ,

    . Detaining + license + suspended fines
