has the winner of the Australian Elections 2010 been decided yet ?

    Not yet!!!

    The Australian Electoral Commission web site has the official and only legally enforceable scores.

    These are they.

    At the moment the Federal Election is considered too close to call. We may not know the result for a couple of days.

    No not yet because it is so close, only roughly 72 percent of votes have been counted so it is getting there but yeah right now we still have to wait.

  • No - at last count it was Labor 72 seats, Liberals 68, and still counting. 76 seats are needed for either side to hold government.
