Leftists always work undercover because nobody else really wants to live under their rule, not even old school democrats.

This is from the FAQ page of the CPUSA website---

The Communist Party stands for the interests of the American working class and the American people. It stands for our interests in both the present and the future. Solidarity with workers of other countries is also part of our work. We work in coalition with the labor movement, the peace movement, the student movement, organizations fighting for equality and social justice, the environmental movement, immigrants rights groups and the health care for all campaign.

But to win a better life for working families, we believe that we must go further. We believe that the American people can replace capitalism with a system that puts people before profit - socialism.

We are rooted in our country's revolutionary history and its struggles for democracy. We call for "Bill of Rights" socialism, guaranteeing full individual freedoms.

Until we win enough support to change the system, communists call for radical reforms under capitalism. We call for nationalization of the banks, railroads, and industries like steel and auto. Everyone who wants to work should be guaranteed a job or get unemployment payments until she/he can find a job. We say put the unemployed to work at union wages on massive public works programs to rebuild our cities, provide affordable housing for the homeless, build mass transit, and clean up the environment!

Our outlook is based on the social science of Marxism-Leninism. We study history, politics and economics in order to change the world.

---Sounds just like what the dems are working towards to me.

Any data that those plans have labored? The Democrats have labored in direction of the renovation of the capitalist device in simple terms because of the fact the Republicans have, commonly to the part of instituting socialism for the wealthy. Socialism is basically approximately recuperating the situations of those on the decrease rungs of the socioeconomic ladder. seem who have been given bailed out. It easily wasn't Joe Sixpack residing paycheck to paycheck or finding for artwork (or perhaps on welfare for that remember). All this communicate approximately socialism is in simple terms what human beings worry or anticipate Obama will do or is doing, no longer what's happening now. Is a public well-being care selection greater in direction of socialism than wild west laissez-faire capitalism? possibly, yet there may be circumstances while the government has to accomplish a little issues that lean in direction of socialism to maintain the loose marketplace democratic device. there's a clause in the form that states Congress could make rules to sell the uncomplicated sturdy. jointly as that is been too widely interpreted by many on the left, that is been notably plenty ignored by the main appropriate, who look to believe that the government could be in the business enterprise of no longer something greater beneficial than national protection and criminal justice (and legislating morality sometimes) If the government had no longer stepped in to diminish the excesses of organic capitalism in the late nineteenth century, we would have had a communist revolution in the USA. bypass back and seem at how the uncomplicated worker lived in those days. the sturdy old days they weren't.

  • When the Socialist Party of America broke up in the 60s they joined the Democratic party. That's why they're not Liberals anymore and are Socialist Regressives.

"The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of 'liberalism' they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened."

Norman Thomas (1884-1968) six-time U.S. Presidential candidate for the Socialist Party of America

Because they are not members of this group.

They are in a congressional caucus known as the Congressional Progressive Caucus. They have nothing to do with the Socialist Party. It was formed TWENTY years ago. I guess it's taking you that long to figure out their "nefarious plot."
