How do you get a PSD onto a background on Sumo Paint?

Basically I wanna know how I would get a PSD onto a background I made and I'm using Sumo Paint.. 10 Points for correct answer.

    I'm not sure for sumo paint, but I'm assuming it has simular controls as Photoshop... Open both files and select the move tool. Take the PSD image and drag it to the background. If this does not work select the layer you want from the PSD (in the layer window - Default bottom right) and drag it to the background
