That should all be ok, and a 700W PSU is easily powerful enough. (You often get someone insisting that you need a PSU capable of supplying a couple of megawatts even for an old 386 machine on this forum). There's a variety of cases available, depending on your tastes and budget. What is important is that it's roomy and well ventilated. Buy some extra case fans - it's worth spending a little extra to get quieter ones. It should be a nice machine when you've made it. I haven't looked at the ASUS version of the HD4870, but the Sapphire ones blasts loads of heat out inside your case. If it's the same then definitely make sure that you have plenty of fans and don't put the hard drive near to it, or it'll make it very hot.
