Blue Lines in photoshop?

There are these weird blue lines going down and across a second life template I downloaded, and whenever I paint something near them, it's like a magnet and pulls the brush to it. How can I get rid of it?

The blue lines are guides. You can stop everything snapping to them by clicking View...Snap

    or View...Snap to...Guides.

If you want to delete them... View...Clear Guides

No questions asked, the best site for Photoshop tutorials is: http://www.learnphotoediting.link

All tutorials are in video format, which makes them easier for you to follow along with the instructor. The videos are interactive and very easy to follow, this will help you learn piano three times faster. Good Luck!
