Where do sixth grade boys get clothes?

My brother is going into middle school and I'm trying to help him shop for a new wardrobe. His style is kind of dorky now and I need some ideas of stores to shop at so that he won't get picked on. I don't want to try and make him popular, so preferably not abercrombie or any store like that but I just need ideas for stores that kids his age usually shop at.

if he does, try Gap, Old Navy, Aeropostale, Hollister, and Abercrombie & Fitch.

(it's not really gonna make him popular if he wears stuff from there, so it doesn't matter)

if he doesn't, all those stores above, plus:

Zumiez, Wetseal, Pacsun, Hot Topic, and Rue 21.
