acetone (even nail polish remover with acetone will work). Otherwise, it'll still come off after time. Try not to scrub too hard with the Acetone and know that apply acetone to sensitive or irritated skin may irritate the skin more. Wash up with soap and water after using the acetone. Good luck!

    my can reads :

" solid surfaces, uncured foam dissolves with acetone. for skin - - cured foam must be removed mechanically or ware off in time"

so it is your decision to use any solvent on your skin - I am 70 - - myself I have used both paint thinner and acetone for clean up since my teens - - I consider that my exposure to these solvents is minuscule compared to the discomfort

First two I'd try is acetone and then paint thinner. I'd also be looking for a toll free number on the can to cal for help.
