The worst is when you have a single line stuck in your head, as if it were a scratched record playing the same bit over and over. Most recently for myself, Mr. Brownstone's "I used to do a little but a little wouldn't do it so the little got more and more, just keep trying to get a little better, said a little better than before." Repeat x1000 or however long it takes to make me go beserk.

This mental behaviour typically ensues when you have no idea what the remainder of the lyrics are because singers have to garble all their words together like a blubbering baby. No offense Axl.
