Did I get enough sleep last night?

I wen to bed at 11:30 and slept until 3:30. Then from 3:30 til 5:30 I was awake in bed. Finally from 5:30 to 7:30 I fell asleep. I am really tired and this usually doesn't happen. I am not sure why but I am 13 and I need to know if it is ok that this happened. What can I do to wake up more?

    You failed to get into the REM cycle of sleep where you get the restful portion of sleep. Perhaps you were too excited about something. Take a shower to wake up. Next time make it a point to get restful sleep, if you wake up, don't get out of bed think of something to relax.

    No you were not in a deep enough sleep, you need more and deeper sleep.
