my right man boob is bigger then my left, would this be a problem?

i do kickboxing just to let you know. anyways i have realized this just before and i am wondering if i keep on working out etc and toning them down and get rid of them would my right chest part be bigger then my left for ever? and also is there an explanation to this problem as in why my right is bigger? Thanks!
