Make-up question...?:)?

Hiyahh,When i go back to school i really wan't a different look ,i bought my ghds so thats my hair sorted but for make-up i haven't a clue what to wear and what products to use! What i used last term was Foundation , Blusher, Eye liner , mascara, (sometimes eye shadow)

+ lipgloss. I wan't to stick with that but also i would like to know how to do smokey eyes and different eyeshadow techniques. And what brands should I use they can't be expensive . I have brown curly hair but will be straightening it and light blue eyes. Any suggestions would be appreciated taa x

I have blue eyes as well, and I'm currently blonde, but I'm going brunette mid August. ^.^ I, most of the time, just do a smoky eye with black on my outer corner, grey in my crease, and white on my lid. I also do that same thing with purples, browns, greens, blues, etc. There are plenty of videos on youtube of how to do a smoky eye. The basics are dark to light. you star of dark in your outer corner and get lighter as you get closer to your inner corner of your eye. For blue eyes brown and purples look really good! I wear A LOT of purples on my eye and everyone always loves it. (: Some products i really like are Rimmel's grey colour called Night Jewel, all Elf eye shadows ($1 each!), Loreal Paris new HIP high intensity pigments, the two little duos, I have the gunmetal (two greens) and have fallen in love with then. They are so smooth and very true to their colour. (i think they're like 3 or 4 dollars) A lip gloss i really like is actually more of a lip stain, which i find to be a lot better cause they stain your lips and last longer. It is Jemma Kidd's Jress 2 Impress (a red). (forget how much). For lip sticks i really like Wet n' Wild matt ones at Walmart. Most the products you can either get a Traget or your local drug store, mine is CVS.

ps. remember if you do a striking eye do a subtle lip. If you do a bright lip, like a red, do a subtle eye, like a light purple or just some liner. And don't forget some blush! (a good way to pick one is find the one closest to your lip colour) And for bronzer either do the places that the sun would naturally hit your skin. (do like a three on your face from your forehead to your cheek bone to your jaw line) or put bronzer under your cheek bones to make them pop. (to find your cheek bones just suck in your cheeks)

    Hope that helps some.
