why is blu ray quality only noticeable when the camera focus on the actor ?

And also in special effects .

why is that ? , I thought that you are

spouse to see the 1080p hd during the entire film .

I have another question - When i play ps3 games ,

sometimes i get a picture which is not entirely smooth ,

It as if the picture is not pixelized .

Is it something with the tv ? , maybe the settings ? .

I am using a samsung series 5 lcd tv , and the ps3 is connected

via hdmi cable of monster company , the model name is monster 1000ex .

Most HDTVs only display the full 1920 x 1080p signal on static (stationary images) images, but can display around 800-900 lines on moving images. Some Panasonic HDTV models can display both static and non static images in their intended 1920 x 1080 format.
