Your grandmother's brother's son is your mother's cousin, your cousin once removed. His children are your second cousins.

Is the niece related by blood or marriage? If by marriage, she and her daughter are no relation to you. Or is the niece the granddaughter of your mother's uncle? Then she is a second cousin, once removed.
