How come the Westboro church and KKK do not violate the fighting words doctrine?

it states that if their message is insulting or trying to get a violent response, then the government has the right to stop it.

Because they have a right under the first amendment to free speech no matter how dumb or ignorant it is.

I think they are douche bags.

But when you support freedom that means freedom for all and not just the things you agree with.

You generally don't get charged with using "fighting words" unless your speech causes an actual fight to break out. So far, that hasn't happened yet with the WBC. People have shown remarkable restraint around their rallies.

The white christian movement the KKK lost the ways of christ jesus when they murder blacks ,hispanics and others .Values of christian churches in the united states of America have misguided views of christianity and these actions are dangerous in a peaceful world that needs security in thought and action.
