pressure vs stress

What is the difference between pressure and stress? They are both equal to F/A. Is it correct to say that pressure is used to describe fluid and stress is uesd to describe solid?

    Pressure is the force per unit area exerted by a body (fluid or solid). Stress is the force per unit area that is applied to a body.
