How steady do your hands have to be for a surgical specialty?

I'd like to know what kind of surgical specialty requires the steadiest hands, some examples are: bariatrics, ophthalmology, general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, plastics, surgical oncology, cardiothoracics, trauma, micro, vascular, etc. Also another little thing, does cracking ur fingers make ur... show more I'd like to know what kind of surgical specialty requires the steadiest hands, some examples are: bariatrics, ophthalmology, general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, plastics, surgical oncology, cardiothoracics, trauma, micro, vascular, etc.

Also another little thing, does cracking ur fingers make ur hands shake more?
And one last thing, if you have kinda shaky hands when u try to make them be still, can u train urself to keep them steady in med school?
