How can I loose weight?pics?
Recently I've gained more weight in my butt and hips area, I've always had a big butt and hips and I don't want to get rid of them, I just don't want them to get out of control lol if that makes any sense.
I don't have a flat stomach in fact not one in my family has one, when I was in 7th grade and weighed 97 lbs I still had a little pooch and it's so anoying, I've come to realize that I might be stuck with the pooch forever but if there is any chance I can get rid of it I would love to.
So my question is how to I go about loosing my belly pooch, toning my butt and thighs?, I feel like my thighs are getting big but I honestly feel like I am my worst critic, I look at things I find them horrible but other people don't, I don't want to be one of those people who are obsessed over loosing weight and constanlty being disgusted by their bodies. So yeah I'm just really confused. I just want my body to look better, I want to look at my body and not sit there looking at all these areas I hate.I also have love handles how on earth do I get rid of those??
I have an excersie room in my apartment builing and I have used it before the Elipitcal Machine and sometimes the treadmill.
What do you guys suggest? how long should I work out? how often? I also heard that cardio helps with belly pooch is that true? and does it matter what tem you work out? I don't have much times during the day so evening or night around 6, 7 or 8 would be my best bet
