    According to the site:

    http://www.toandfromtheairport.com/lga.html

MTA Q48 Bus to Main St Flushing subway & LIRR station: Operates from all terminals, to nearby Subway station Main St Flushing. Route: Airport (All terminals) - 23 Ave - Ditmars Blvd - 31 Dr - 108 St - Roosevelt Ave - Main St Flushing. From the Subway station connect to points all over city via line 7. There is also a LIRR (Long Island Railroad) station at Main St Flushing. You can connect here to destinations on Long Island or Manhattan.

Timings: Buses run 7 days a week 0500-0130 at varying intervals.

That should do it. Good luck.

Cost: $2. Payable in cash or with a Metrocard. Contact: Tel (718) 335 1000.

Buy a MetroCard and take the Q48 to Mets-Willits Point Station. You should get a free transfer to the 7 train which you will take to Woodside Station. At woodside station, buy your ticker for the LIRR to Speonk. You will likely have to change trains ar Jamaica Station. Once at Speonk, you will have to take a taxi or some other sort of car service.

Good luck, it will be a very long ride (2 hours min).
