Republicans have temporarily lost a little ground in the Gallup poll, likely because of an Obama legislative victory on extending jobless benefits. Overall, however, the trend is clearly in favor of Republican candidates.

Wonder when someone (on either side) will claim Chuck Schumer's seat is in jeopardy? Now THAT would signal something big.

Your question is interesting because your posts during the presidential campaign and election were vehemently against polls and surveys, especially when Obama was seen as leading both Hillary and McCain by big numbers. Suddenly you are hooked to the polls. What gives?

It will change up and down like a roller coaster in the next 100 days.

Don't speak too soon for the wheel's still in spin.

Its hard to tell. The Tea party has proven extremely helpful to Obama and the Democrats.
