They should both be in jail. As far as the Kashur story, of course it is racially motivated. If he had been a Jew he would not have been deceiving her that he was a Jew when he was not a Jew because he would have been a Jew so of course he would not have been charged. If a woman chooses to have sex with her body only with Jewish men, then that is her right. What are you going to do, tell women they can't "discriminate" against persons based on race when having sex? The charge of rape by deception is a legally justified one and, according to the facts presented in this story, this Sabbar Kashur was guilty as charged.

Both of them. Polanski is by far the greater monster; but both are sexual predators and should be punished. Any agreement reached under deliberate deception is null and void.
