肉芽腫 醫療診斷看不懂（急

Question

我右下腹靠鼠蹊部上禮拜去做切除，醫生印下來給我看的診斷書為下：

Diagnosis: （這段看的懂，就是說此現象為Chronic Granulomatious inflammation慢生肉芽腫發炎）

Groos: the specimen consists of one piece of gray while lymphoid tissue, measuring up to 3.5 * 2.4 * 2cm. /the representative specimen is submitted.（這句話是指，我手術切下來的那塊腫留，他們已交到上面去做化驗了嗎？）

Microscopy: The section of the lymph node shows chronic granulomatous inflammation with granuloma formation, chronic inflammatory cell infiltration, proliferative histiocytes and multinucleated giant cells. Although acid fast bacilli are not found, a micro-organism infection cannot be excluded totally.

第三段那邊我看不懂意思，也沒跟我說要做切片什麼的，只跟我說切掉比較好。結果切掉了之後，卻只印了這張給我，其它計劃，其它安排什麼都沒有… 連拆線的時間都還是我提醒他後他才「對吼，那幫你排下禮拜一」

所以想上來請專業的 幫忙一下。像這樣子的情況該怎麼處理了？上面寫的東西第三段大概是什麼意思？我是不是該換家醫院再看一次呢？（目前的醫院是高雄市某家有名的天主教醫院）

在顯微鏡下發現 : 淋巴結的切片呈現慢性肉芽性炎性反應，有肉芽組織形成，有慢性發炎細胞浸潤，有組織球增生及出現多核性巨細胞。(這些都是結核菌感染常見的組織變化)。雖然沒有發現嗜酸性桿菌，但是不能完全排除微小病菌的感染。

所有的切除組織一定要做病理的檢驗，這是規定也是合理的醫學處置

看來您的肉芽腫有可能是結核菌或其他微小病菌所引起的，注意傷口癒合，及定期追蹤比較重要吧
