Why are the Bee Gees credited as co-songwriters on the Low song "Words" from 1994's I Could Live In Hope album?

Allmusic says "composed by Maurice Gibb/Barry Gibb/Robin Gibb/John Nichols/Mimi Parker/Alan Sparhawk" for this track -- that would be The Bee Gees, and then Low's membership at the time. I would have a hard time believing there's a Bee Gees sample anywhere in this song. So why the writing credit for them?

I wonder if it's a mistake, too. I can't hear anything like the original Bee Gees song in the Low song. I think Allmusic may be confused.

    Because they helped write it.
