Is the Rosary used in the Orthodox Church also?
It's important to the Catholic Church, and from the Orthodox Church's not-too-different set of beliefs and practices, I wonder if people belonging to the Orthodox Church pray the Rosary as well.

No, we do not pray the rosary.
We do use a knotted or beaded prayer rope (Gk komboskini, Slav/Rus chokti), which is usually used with the "Jesus Prayer" -- "Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, the sinner" (or shortened variants.)
We do have a prayer similar to the first part of the rosary prayer,
"Hail Mary, Full of Grace, the Lord is with thee, for you have born the savior of our souls", but it's infrequently used.
Blessings.
