Great question sir, I was actualy about to ask a question concerning Europe vs USA, but it just seems that US has by far greater fighters from middleweight to lightheavyweight, except heavyweight so I thought it would not be a fare comparison.

Anyways this is what I think about the brilliant match ups you made:

Heavyweight: Eddie Chambers v Chris Arreola

The quickness of Eddie Chambers will be the key. His up tempo and balance combination will throw Arreola's balance who is more of a stand up slugger. Chambers wins UD.

Cruiserweight: Steve Cunningham v. Matt Godfrey

Steven Cunningham by KO. Matt Godfrey has not proven anything so far and Cunningham is the current no.1 ranke Cruiserweight after both Tomasz Adamek and David Haye decided to go up in the heavyweight division.

Light Heavyweight: Chad Dawson v Tavoris Cloud

Excellent match up. The slickness of Dawson and his agility wins the fight by UD.

Super Midleweight: Andre Ward v. Andre Dirrell

An even more of an excellent fight. Dirrell is heavily underrated. He has great mobility but Ward's movements is excellent. Ward has a nice pull away jab and shot cross counters and overhand exchanges, he wins by UD.

Middleweight: Paul Williams v. Kelly Pavlik

Paul WIlliams wins by TKO. Pavlik has never been knocked out, but I can see Williams doing it to him for the first time. Williams may not have a lot of power but Pavlik seems to have lost some momentum.

Jr. Middleweight: Kermit Cintron v Sechew Powell

Kermit Cintron by KO. Seche Powell is not ready for this type of fight against a former champion.

Welterweight: Floyd Mayweather v Andre Berto

Great match up. Mayweather, however, is the best pure boxer today. His balance and defense will overwhelm Berto. Mayweather UD.

Jr. Welterweight: Timothy Bradley v Devon Alexander

This is a tough match up. Alexander is ultra aggressive while Bradley likes to time his combinations. I see Bradley winning by SD.

Lightweight: Anthony Peterson v. Robert Guerro

Robert Guerrero wins by TKO 9th Round. Peterson needs more experience.

Jr. Lightweight: Jason Litzau v Eloy Perez

I call this a draw. Both fighters don't have very impressive resume, I can see the fight going either way but the jduges will rule it a draw.

Featherweight: Steven Luevano v. Miguel Angel Garcia

Luevano wins by TKO. Luevano is highly underrated. Prior to his loss to Lopez, he was ranked no.2 best featherweight behind Chris John.

Jr Featherweight: Teon Kenndy v. Micheal Franco

I pick Franco by SD. Kennedy has often shown great heart but Franco has the edge in pure boxing ability.

Bantamweight: Eric Morel v Chris Avalos

Morel wins by KO Round 7. The Boricuan warrior has great power and great upward movements.

Jr Bantamweight: Raul Martinez v David Gasper

Raul Martinez wins by KO Round 8.

Flyweight: Brian Viloria v Rayonta Whitfield

Brian Viloria wins by KO Round 7. Whitfield is unproven, he is not in the same league as Viloria.

Jr Flyweight: Brian Viloria v Thomas Heaton

Viloria wins by KO Round 4. Heaton is not in the same league even if Viloria has shown some vulnerability recently.
