美國Arizona州超速照相??

Question

前幾天去美西租車旅行

從大峽谷至Las Vegas路上

因為路很直就不小心開太快，大約80MPH

發現路邊有警車趕緊減速

但還是被閃光燈閃了一下.....

地點在接近胡佛水壩，還在Arizona境內

雖然當時旁邊還有一輛車

但感覺應該被照對象是我

請問Arizona有超速照相這種事嗎??

還是說當時警察沒有把我攔下就沒事???

若有罰單，因為我是租車，罰單會給租車公司在叫我繳錢嗎??

大約罰多少??

Yes.

Since you are captured by the photo, the police will have no reason to chase you anymore.

As speeding is a moving violation, the rental company will not ask you to pay. Instead, they will provide your information to the police to issue a citation (as speeding can be as serious as resulting in license restriction).

How much you have to pay varies. At this moment, no one knows.

By the way, even you are captured, it is not necessary that you are guilty of speeding, as the police is required to provide a lot of thing to prove you are beyond reasonable doubt.

現在好像在加州也出現類似的現象喔

大家在加州的公路開車也要小心了

我已經在280和101兩條公路上看到公路巡警用雷射槍在測速了

==>有無加上照相裝置還未知

我朋友幾個月前 載小孩去複診 路口太大 速度不夠快 來不及轉彎 被照相 300塊 他因為沒上班 又接到罰單 難過的哭了 反而是老公說 不過就個罰單 有什麼好哭的
