If anyone has a xbox360 and street fighter 4 help me please?

Question

I need to know how to block for one thing, I also need to know how to do do ex moves, how to use the super meter, and how to do ulra moves and also super moves. I cant find guids online and stupid gamestop didnt give me a instruction booklet for my streetfighter4 game which is kind of an essential to play the game for ppl like me who never played it before. And if anyone knows a link that will show me what buttons to use and stuff like that please feel free to post it
