What are the positive and negative health benefits of using a steam room?
My local gym has a steam room I use on a weekly basis and I was just curious as to how good or bad it is for my health to use it and how often I should use it. Any input?

Steam rooms are very good for your body. It helps release toxins within your body and release excess body moisture. It'd be best if you use the steam room once every other day, make sure that if you become dizzy, drink something that contains electrolytes to restore sugars in your body.
