But the literature on the job demand and job difficulty that does not necessarily linked to negative results, sometimes moderating variables can influence change for the staff to be negative (positive) impact in the face of high level job demand and job difficulty. Now the group and the affectivity of employees has become a part can not be ignored. Therefore, this study attempts to join the group citizenship behavior and positive affective as a group level and individual level variables, examine the direct effect and moderating effect of the influences of job demand and job difficulty on career choice regrets and intrinsic motivation.

Increases the level of job demands and job difficulties have negative effect on the employees’ job satisfaction (quote ref.) It can also create absenteeism and reduce organisational performance (quote ref.) According to some studies however, increases the level of job demands and job difficulties do not have negative effect on job satisfaction (quote ref.). Factors such as teamwork and employee morale can increase job satisfaction given the same level of job demands and job difficulties (ref. ?) So by manipulating these factors we can get a positive result on job satisfaction.
This study attempts to investigate the effect of teamwork and employee positive morale on a team and an individual level. It also examines the effect, by manipulating the variables - teamwork and employee morale, on the job demands, job difficulties, satisfaction with career choice, and intrinsic motivation.
