okay well first off i know what your going through, i was a size 18 at the age of 12. I'm now a size 10 and 18yrs old.
What i found was that, okay i can work out - but i always gave up within a few days - 1 week max.
So what you have to do is change your mentality...
tell yourself that you want to do this, and achieve this for YOU. not for anyone else. Dont do it for the guys, dont do it for your friends, dont do it for family - its all you.
You need to keep focused. Do you look at other girls and think "damn i wish i could look like you!"
I know i used to...
but anyway, keep their image in your mind - and imagine yourself looking like that. Keep it in there and dwell on it - this will keep you motivated!!
Another thing that i found helped me was, taking a pic of myself in my undies and bra. I kept it stuck onto my mirror for years - till i reached my goal.
So every morning when you look in the mirror - you will see what you look like (a mirror always lies, so a pic is better).
A few months later, take another pic of yourself - see the difference. If your happy with the progress that extra motivation!! If your not happy - then that it still motivation to work harder.
