What percentage of airline passengers fly for business and what percentage for leisure?

It really depends on the destination/origin of the actual flight. For example, a flight from New York to Chicago will have far more business passengers whereas a flight from New York-Orlando would have far more leisure passengers. But, overall I would say that about 55-65% are leisure (vacations, ethnic travel, etc) With the remainder being mostly business related.

Just a guess; but, I think more people on planes are flying for leisure than business. No way to back this up statistically (as I don't even know where to find stats for this question); however, if I were to guess I'd say 30% business.
