Take a hot shower so that the hot water can loosen your muscles.

Hi. Sore muscles are due to lactic acid "stuck" in the muscular tissue. In order to remove the lactic acid, there are only two things to do, and both require some time: drink 1-2 L of water every day (especially during physical exercise), and rest.

    Best of luck,

    Take care!

Chill in a hot bath with Epsom or Epson salt for a while. Do this and get enough sleep
