Best wide angle lens for Nikon?

I'm looking into buying a wide angle lens for indoor architectural shooting (to photograph job sites for a friend) I currently have an 18-55 mm and 55-200 mm nikkor lens. I'm looking for something under $400 as well. Any recommendations?

The Sigma 10-20mm is a great lens - the f4-f5.6 version is around £300 (not sure how much that is in $). There is a f3.5 verision but its more expensive.

I use one on a Nikon D300 with great results.

I like the Tokina 12-24mm, around 350.00 used. The 11-16mm is a bit better, but that one runs around 500.00 used.
