Will Google docs have a copy of the documents I upload even after I delete them?

If I want to delete a document that I uploaded on Google docs permanently, will it still be cached or archived somewhere in the google servers?

This was taken from Google's Privacy policy: "You may permanently delete any files you create in Google Docs. Because of the way we maintain this service, residual copies of your files may take up to 30 days to be deleted from our active servers and may remain in our offline backup systems for up to an additional 60 days."
