If I buy A vehicle in Texas, and get it registerd in New Mexico will i have to pay and sales tax?
Or will i just have to pay New Mexico registration fee?

Regardless of where you buy it, when you turn in the title in New Mexico to put it in your name you will pay tax on it. So yes, you will.

Of course you must pay taxes!
You pay in the state you register it which is NM.
If you purchase from a dealer they wont collect taxes or fees and will instead hand you all the paperwork so you can personally file them once you get to NM.

you wont pay tax in Texas but you will in your state where the vehicle will end up.
