will this graphics card play sid meier's railroad, also will it hook to my tv?

the graphics card is EVGA - NVIDIA GeForce 210 512MB DDR3 PCI Express Graphics Card from best buy. Just want to know it will play that game. i am pretty sure it hooks to my t.v please help sick of reading reviews and researching cheap graphics cards.

You need to be more specific on your Television's outputs. If your TV has DVI, HDMI, or VGA, you will be fine. If its an S-Video only, you will need to look at elder cards that have the TV out feature on the card. Good Luck!
