Most computer audio devices these days are integrated into the motherboard. If you can identify the motherboard, you will find the proper driver at their support site.
If your computer was prebuilt (Dell, HP, Gateway, etc.), then look for your computer model number or service tag, enter it at the support site, and there will be drivers you can download.
If you can't access the internet using this computer, you will also need the network adapter driver, and likely the remaining chipset drivers since you probably reformatted your computer. You can download these from another computer, and transfer them by CD or memory card.
