but put in some just deserts, and nightmare wheel

and some stall continous magic cards ex: messenger of Peace, Level Limit Area B, stumbling, The dark door, gravity bind(most of these cards are pretty common and very cheap to buy)

finally with all those continuos magic cards... just for fun.. i would recommend a Hamon... its not that good of a card, but if you play for fun like I do, its always great to summon a really cool strong card like that... and its effect does make it the ultimate burn card

other than that your deck is pretty good to go and other than spending 100 dollars on getting some really rare cards to put it... i couldn't see how you improve it

Rather than Stall Burn you should just go pure burn.

I have a fire deck myself. Definitely add the UFO turtles, and some flamvells too. they make your deck run faster. good luck :3
