Achieving The Perfect Figure?
I think Nicki Minaj has a really sexy figure (yes i know there's the whole '*** implant' thing that she had done).. I am E size bra, but my BMI is verging on overweight - the main thing is my waist isnt very thin!
Please don't have a go at me saying I shouldnt try to copy other people and how its not that nice anyway, blah blah blah, i want help and advice, not telling off.
I wondered what are the best exercises, sports, foods to eat, to keep my bust, and minimise my waist size, and maximise my butt? :D

She had more plastic surgery than that so her body can't be achieved naturally. She's called a Barbie for a reason
If you lose weight it's going to reduce your bust size and butt. Since they are composed mainly of fatty tissue they would be effected first. In order to .achieve a smaller waist you're going to need to lose weight then workout your core. You would need to do some crunches and planks. There are many different types of crunches that work different parts of your core. don't go daft, just eat healthily and take some solid exercise. For nutrition cut out junk food, processed food and wheat based food (bread, pizza, cakes, etc...) Add vegetables, salads, unprocessed meat and fish and drink plenty of water. Cut out or reduce sodas (diet and regular). Take regular exercise and you will soon see the results.
