and i only asked because lindsey buckingham is described as a new age musician and i thought it was odd, they do sound more new wave and pop

    Are you sure you're not confusing New Age with New Wave? New Wave is a type of rock/punk music, like Talking Heads.

    I wouldn't call Fleetwood Mac a New Wave band either, but at least that's closer than New Age. lol

    0_o Not at all. New age music is music like...something you'd hear in a spa, or while doing yoga. New age music is soothing and usually has no lyrics whatsoever. Fleetwood Mac obviously does not match this description of New Age, right? hahahaha ;)
