Does anyone know what has happened to Champs-Élysées, the foreign language audio magazine publisher?

I was a subscriber to their French audio magazine (also called Champs-Élysées) - Over the last couple of months, the magazines have dried up and their website vanished (www.champs-elysees.com)

Apparently the company has ceased business operation and is not sending out audiomagazines due to the legal entanglements described by the prior post; their phone number is answered by a automatic message that states this as well.

Information is at the company phone number: 1-615-383-8534, option 6

Asked ourselves the same question earlier on, and found this :

    http://www.nashvillepost.com/news/

    2005/12/22/when_family_business_

    becomes_family_feud

(That's all the same address! Had to put it on three separate lines to display fully.)

OK, it was more than 5 years ago, but it's ominous.
