Who told you porn was bad? Your parents? A senator? They are liars.
First, a brief history of porn. Back in the day when porn was only available in select books or magazines delivered in brown paper, porn was not readily available. It was, in fact, rare to see, so the act of sex was considered much more exotic. These days, porn is everywhere. Sure sites have disclaimers to keep out teenagers, but if you can do simple math, you can easily get into the site. It's not exotic anymore; it's just expected.
Next, on to porn addiction. What a crock of sh(t. I will admit that some people look at porn more than normal, and that is a little weird, but I don't think anyone ever gets addicted to the porn itself; people get addicted to the ideas behind the porn. Men typically think of something sexual every second, while women think of something sexual every 4 seconds. It may not be healthy to look at porn every day or even twice a day because it makes sex too expected. If you've ever been with a girl you'd know that sex does not go anything like a porno, so watching too much will give you expectations that are way to high from a performance point of view.
Additionally, I'd like to point out that men, just like women, have a monthly cycle. Pay attention to what you do and when you do it during a full month. You may pick up on the fact that you look at porn more typically during the end of the month or the beginning. It's absolutely normal.
The main thing I'm trying to get across to you is that porn is NOT bad. Anyone who tells you that is an @$$hole. They are being conservative. Everyone needs stimulation, but mentally and physically, and if it weren't for porn, you'd be getting off behind a barn instead of in your bedroom. Porn is okay, but just don't get wrapped up in it. Don't expect porn to be how real life is, because it absolutely is not. And don't go crazy checking it out 2-3 times a day. Go outside and play a little. It's good for you to experience a little life. Tell anyone who disagrees to F%ck off.
