How soon can I start working if im trying to be an environmental engineer?
I know that you need a B.S degree and should get your P.h.D but i want to know if you can start working after you get your B.S degree while you are pursuing you P.h.D and after you get your P.h.D can you advance in the field.
i would prefer answers from people majoring in the field of an environmental engineer. thanks.

If you're and actual high school graduate looking for a career as an environmental engineer. you shouldnt be looking for advice in yahoo answers. Get off your lazy *** and go find a professional.

Yes you can work as a environmental engineer with just a BS. Most environmental engineer that practice engineering dont have P.h.D. A Ph.D environmental engineer usually teaches engineering or does research but mostly teaching.
