What does loh or lox or loch whatever that word is spelled like mean in Russian?

    In modern Russia it's the name for people who are easily being cheated - read O.Henry novels about guys who sell junk as 'magic oil' - people they dealt with are called that word

    - (botany) oleaster, silverberry (Elaeagnus)

    - male Atlantic salmon

    - (slang) stiff, simpleton, dummy

    - Scottish freshwater lake or deep sea bay, "loch"
