typically, for properties with a mortgage its around 30-60 days. For all cash usually its less, though I have heard of them taking 2 months also.

The closing date is negotiable, there are a few other things that gone between acceptance to closing such as a title search. For this reason, it can't be the next day.

The amount of time to close is negotiated in real estate just like the purchase price is negotiated. All cash deal can close quick (that is part of what makes them appealing). Typically the buyer wants at least enough time for an inspection and for the title report. I've seen all cash deals close in as little as 15 days.

Usually around 6 weeks to settle.
