Well Spider-man could easily win against Batman in a fight with his amazing agility, his super strength, spectacular speed, wonderful wallcrawling, wonderous webslinging, and perhaps the most important one, Spider sense. He also has good reflexes without the Spider sense. He is very intelligent himself, as well as very stealthy. But that is why he could beat Batman. He has a much better Rogues Gallery. There is better and more action when Spider-man fights his villains. As already said, his fighting style is much cooler and unique and he is very resourceful. He has many problems that just about anyone can relate to, especially that teenagers can relate to, including juggling time between school, a job, Mary Jane, and of course, being a superhero.. People think that Batman is more realistic because he doesn't even have powers, which makes sense, but it doesn't make sense for someone be filthy, filthy stinking rich, then train for a decade in all forms of combat, then make a huge load of gadgets, then go out and fight crime. Spider-man's story makes much more sense. Plus many smart people say that his powers could be possible in the near future. Spider-man's story is also cooler. Last but not least, he has got the coolest costume of all time. It is much better than Batman's. Another thing that makes him so cool is his agility. To be able to swing between cracks, like throught the bridge in Spider-man 2 when he is fighting Doctor Octopus on the train.
