Does the SR-71 still fly from time to time?

Are they all grounded for good? Does the CIA fly it at all? Dont they need to keep some pilots fresh so that they will always have a few pilots who can fly them if they are needed? Why did they ground it?
Update: I know satellites can do the job the SR-71 does but satellites are predictable. The enemy knows when its coming around and is able to take a picture. A plane can enter enemy airspace at anytime. They have to still have some type of SR-71 like plane out there. Right?
